Close to the beach and quite perfect

Everything that was described was available and more! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed if we decided to stay in and close enough to everything if we wanted to go out! Linens, towels, cookware, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and more! Sammy our host answered all my questions prior to our arrival and made it so easy for us to get ahold of him if there were any issues! I highly recommend this beach house, it is exactly as pictured and a 2 minute direct walk to the beach and just a quick walk from The Hollywood Broadwalk! Keyed entry and you get a parking pass if you need one! Absolutely awesome! I will be returning to this beautiful find!

Check in and out was seamless. The location is close to the boardwalk near the end so it’s a quiet but if you walk 5-10 minutes up the boardwalk and you’re near all of the restaurants and bars. Ps the beach is a great location.

Every single item in the place was clean, neat, updated and convenient! I loved the fact that I could even record shows from the tv AND get to watch Netflix! We spent 12 wonderful days at Sammy's apartment and we were pleasantly surprised by the stylish and fully equipped kitchen, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout the apartment. Sammy showed us great hospitality and made us feel very comfortable and quickly solved any questions we had concerning our stay. Easy check in upon arrival, great parking lot by the entrance and a perfect closed off patio to relax in after a day at the beach. Along the fantastic beach there's a long boardwalk with lots of restaurants, small shops and bike rentals. We can highly recommend staying here and will return whenever we visit Florida again. Sammy’s place is very close to the beach, and the Hollywood boardwalk which leads to the open air theatre, restaurants and bars. It’s a great location, very safe and clean. Sammy responds well to emails and any minor issues you might have. Would certainly recommend and we will stay again in the future.

Great spot (hidden gem)!! Everything was GREAT the location, the cleanliness and modern remodeling. It had ample supplies/towels. Was super overall, would highly recommend and would for sure stay again!!! The only 2 negative things I can say was #1 the unit has sweet ants and #2 the AC in the room was not very strong. Regarding the ants, once I notified the owner they sent someone over right away to help resolve the issue. Regarding the AC, not sure why room was a bit warmer, it may be the location of the unit, but it wasn't too bad. We stayed in the apartment # 2 for 13 days, we where 3 people. I travel very often to Hollywood and it is the best appartment I had rented. Clean, you have everything you need, even a loundry space what is great when you stay so long. The owner thinks about all details. If you are lucky and the place is free, take it you will not find something better in Hollywood beach. great location! The location of this apartment was perfect - about 1 block to the board walk, which has restaurants and shops all along it. The apartment itself appears to have been redone - it was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. I was in town to finish up a project and stayed here initially for two weeks. I really enjoyed my stay coupled with the fact that the owner, Ralph was always so gracious and nice and attentive. This really is a perfect alternative to your traditional hotel plus the fact that I can walk to the beach any time I want to. Location is perfect. The apartment layout is well-designed. The apartment was clean other than the odor. Ralph the apartment owner is attentive and was always there to answer questions. The apartment has a strange smell, not sure if it,s from the leather furniture or from cooking odor left on the drapes. The windows have security locks on them, so we couldn,t air out the apartment, had to rely on the AC. We got used to the smell after about ten minutes.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this apartment! It couldn't be in a more perfect location, right at the southern most end of the Hollywood boardwalk (the quiet end), and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was perfectly furnished with everything we needed for our vacation. The kitchen and living areas are well designed and outfitted with new appliances and furniture. Nice sheets on the beds, and overall SPOTLESSLY clean! Parking for your car is right outside the apartment, which is very convenient. Beach chairs and washer/dryer are included. This apartment beats any high-rise condo hands down!!

Ralph was great! He responded immediately to any issues or questions. The location is fantastic. It's really close to the beach but far from the crowd. There is only one bathroom in the bedroom so a little difficult when other people are with you since they have to go into your room but we managed. We had a great stay and loved the size of the kitchen since we did a lot of cooking. We would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for having us. The apartment is beautiful. It looks as it does online. We also felt very safe, there is a gate at the entrance. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and when we had any questions or concerns, Ralph responded quickly. Apreciamos especialmente que el último día pudimos quedarnos unas horas más luego del check out ya que nuestro vuelo salía de noche y eso nos permitió disfrutar un lindísimo día más de plahya y vacaciones ! Beautifully kept and quiet. 30 seconds from the water. My wife and I stayed in #2 with our one and a half years old son. It was a beautiful apartment space and was very clean. The court your awesome with a private outdoor showere for when you come of the beach. Little details will be found of their appreciation for you staying there. Like living at home. Our visit to the apartment was the best we have had renting through a homeowner. We used UBER to get there but used Lyft as well on recommendation of the owner. He was very helpful and responsive. The place was pristine! The housekeeping does a wonderful job and was hard at work the whole time she was there. The patio area is clean and ample to sit in the sun. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to be so near the beach. We went to the BBT Sunrise center for a concert, about 30 minutes away, hit one of the nearest burger and seafood places as we walked down the boardwalk to the north, Bonny and Read's Toucan Hideout. Lively and loud bar scene early and late, local type hangout open air and outside seating. There is a convenience store that sells beer and other things I think it was George's Place at the Oceanwalk Mall before Bonny and Read's. Further up Ocean to the north is Joe's market, and beyond that is a bottle store that sells beer, wine and liquors and a good selection of mixers, just down the street from Margaritaville about a mile from the apartment. We ate at GG's the last night we were there just down the road. Very good service and attentive waitstaff and management. We sat outside. Reservations are requested., it gets really busy and has Valet parking. Wish we would have had more time to stay at Ralph's "Gem on Georgia St.". He has 4 apartments for rent.

This place is great. The photos are entirely accurate. The place was spotless and very well equipped. Enough of everything; tableware, cookware, towels, beach chairs, bikes. Great location close to the beach at the quiet end of the Boardwalk. The owner is extremely thoughtful and responsive. I'd give it ten stars if I could.

This unit was just spotless; top to bottom. It is modern and there was clear attention to detail such as: thick thirsty towels, luscious bath soaps, very comfortable bed and sofa-bed + bedding, the beach is only about a 90-second walk from the unit (and no crossing of busy streets!). We appreciated the welcoming feel with bicycles, chairs, and BBQ usage complimentary as well as 2 flat screen TV's with cable and a secure private patio area. We soon found a plethora of unique restaurants along Ocean, as well as chain restaurants and grocery story along nearby Sheridan Road. I'd definitely stay here again!

I never met Ralph in person, but he made my stay very stress free! He's very responsive to the AirBnB messenger and he makes sure all the necessities are available. What an amazing little apartment, it's comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy. 4 people is the most it holds comfortably,close to the beach, outside patio is a great place to meet neighbors and enjoy the morning quiet,I'd love to visit again.
