I was in unit #1. Everything was great: location, furniture, TV, AC. Kitchen is small but adequate for my needs, with a mini-fridge. I used the small hotplate to cook with. Nice shower with plenty of hot water. The private courtyard is appealing, and the area was quiet, unlike some areas farther north. I would definitely stay there again.

Having a designated parking space was so nice, especially when we could walk to the beach and restaurants. The washer and dryer on the premise is so convenient and great working order. We felt very safe in this location, and check-in/out was very easy!

You go out and through the house, there's already an ocean. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment: kettle, grill, stove, toaster, microwave, fridge. There is a fan. Very cozy! The only downside is the very noisy air conditioner! Just unrealistically noisy, but this is probably the only drawback. Thanks for the warm welcome!

It has everything you need for cooking and going to the beach! The fact that is also has washer and dryer it's great! But if you are a light sleeper, beware that if there's people staying in the upper apartment it might bother you. Happened to me more than once. Other than that, everything was good. Sammy was very nice and replied to any concern I had. I would choose staying here again If I visit Hollywood beach!!

We like to stay at Hollywood beach for quick getaways and your place did not disappoint. It was clean, cute and functional. Loved the extra patio area and the shower for after beach day. It is perfectly situated. We loved that it was on the quiet side of the Broadwalk but close enough to the "action." A nice leisurely walk to the Band Shell.

It has everything you need for a long stay! It had a fridge, stove top burner, microwave and a washer & dryer. Plus the location was fabulous. As soon as you walk out of the gate the beach is right down the street. Not even a block away! It was nice and quiet and it was nice having beach chairs & umbrellas to use! It was about a 15/20 minute walk to the main center of the boardwalk & really cheap to Lyft or Uber to places in the area! If you’re looking for a great place to get away, this is definitely it!!

The location was perfect for our needs, so close to the beach with nearby restaurants, and having a quiet street with reserved parking was ideal! The property was clean, cozy (the bed was super comfortable), and we had plenty of space for the two of us and our belongings. The key-code entry made both check-in and all of our day trips so much easier than remembering to carry around a physical key, and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay! The ground floor location without any stairs is great for anyone with bad knees. Sammy was a great host- we would highly reccomend staying here, and will look to stay here again when we return to hollywood!

The beach and area are amazing. A lot of good restaurants near by. If you are looking for a place with a nice views this is the one. We enjoyed being seconds away from watching the sunrise.

The location was absolutely perfect. A few steps to the beach, since it is at the end of the boardwalk the beach is quiet and not as packed. A close walk to awesome bars, amazing food. We really appreciated the outside space, chairs and tables for relaxing, and the studio itself is the perfect size for a couple or a single traveller. On the end of the boardwalk so if you want a quieter spot on the beach it’s a short walk (2 mins) but margaritavile and the center of the boardwalk is only about a 15 min walk. The place was super clean and just all around awesome. Perfect for a few nights for couples.

It's super close to the beach, boardwalk and a bunch of restaurants and bars. The space was very clean and comfortable. The check-in instructions we received from Sammy were spot on which was critically important as we had a very late arrival time. I would certainly stay here again the next time we're in the area.

This place is at the quieter end of the boardwalk, yet super close to the beach and just a short walk to all of the boardwalk restaurants and attractions. BCycle bikes were also very close by to rent and ride the boardwalk. The kitchen was a little small, but had everything that we needed.

We’ve stayed here in the past - excellent! Booked this room for our daughter and her girlfriend as they were taking an exam and would only be in town a few days! I would definitely book this place again if I have a chance to be back in Hollywood Beach. For the value and the location you can’t really beat it. Don’t bother booking a hotel of the same price. This place is literally 1-2 minutes from the beach. From the front gate you can actually see the beach. Sammy’s place is very clean. Although it’s small, you can find all the amenities you need. I was very impressed that he stocked the kitchen very well with detailed instructions on how to use each cooking equipment. He was also very kind in letting me check out late so that I could stay for most of my conference. Oh and when I first arrived, for some reason I could not find the gate code sent to me, so I called him past midnight. He was very patient, making sure everything was settled so I could arrive safely.

The apartment has everything you need for a weeks stay. The patio area is really nice with a BBQ grill table and chairs and a shower to rinse any sand. The beach access is only a 2 minute walk, you can see the water from the parking area. You have your own parking spot so you don’t have to pay for parking and you do have to pay dearly everywhere you go for parking. The locked gate to gain access to the apartments is nice as you don’t have every tourist walking by your door. I highly recommend Sammy’s place.

Sammy is extremely thoughtful with providing snacks in the room, free washer and dryer with detergent and softener supplied. The room is fully stocked with plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc. The laundry room also provides beach chairs for guests to use, as well as small things most wouldn't even consider having - luggage scale (which was very helpful to us!) It was a pleasure staying here! We will DEFINITELY stay here again! We can't wait to come back!!!!

Great location very close to the most quiet part of Hollywood Beach. The apartment was very clean. It was a bit small for two people for 6 days - however, it was very functional and everything was organised optimally. The aircon had difficulties in cooling down the room. It was very nice that there were chairs and parasol to bring to the beach. We also enjoyed the patio.

You can't ask for a better location if you're visiting the Hollywood area. Not right in the middle of the hollywood boardwalk life but just around the corner, which gives you the option of a more private/quiet beach experience if you want. Easy parking, good communication from Ralph with attention to detail, and everything you needed for a short stay is there. It would be tough to cook an elaborate meal given the kitchen size so keep that in mind if you had plans for that. Overall great place! Thanks Ralph

This place is one that you must go-to. Perfect for a couple. Walk to the beach or take a stroll on the broadwalk! Just right down the street 100 yards or so. What a wonderful location and the room is very clean with lots of amenities. This is our second year at this spot and we will continue to use it every time we go to FL. You can't beat it for convenience, being close to the beach and having a great host with an immaculate space to enjoy your time. You won't go wrong staying at this location!

This place was perfect for what we wanted to do. The property itself feels very safe, and somehow nicely secluded even though it’s so close to the beach. The beach was right there, and the boardwalk offered a nice walk to some bars and restaurants. It was not loud at all at night, which was very nice. The room was bright, clean, and the courtyard area was a bonus to hangout and enjoy coffee in the mornings. They also have a recycling bin, which is a total plus for me. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was nice as we drove into town, and visited nearby Miami and Fort Lauderdale during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place/stay here again!

Great location, very clean, comfortable and complete! Don’t worry about hair dryer, or even wine opener! You will have everything you need! There’s a shower outside so you can wash the sand off before go inside. In the laundry room there’s a vacuum in case you stay long days and don’t feel comfortable with any dirt on the floor. Also, if you need, there’s a printer in the laundry room too. No regrets at all about booking this place.

We enjoyed our stay once again at Georgia Street apartments. This was our second time there. The apt is well appointed with modern furnishings and with everything you need for your stay with all the comforts of home. Beds were soft and comfy, Starbucks coffee for you in the morning and very clean. Steps away from the beach and famous Hollywood Boardwalk. This unit is located within minutes of Hollywood Beach. It is at the end of the boardwalk, which makes it very quiet and peaceful, but all of the action is accessible by a 20 minute walk. It is extremely clean and has all of the amenities you might need for a short stay (microwave, fridge, dishes). Some of the other wonderful amenities included are a parking spot, many towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and onsite access to a washer and dryer. The host is very responsive and professional, extremely quick to answer questions. This is a great property!

If you want to stay close to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and to the beach and pay less than a comparable hotel room, this is the place for you!

We stayed in Apt. 1. As many of previous guests have noted, the accommodations are very clean. This was my girlfriend's first stay at an Airbnb and she was pleasantly surprised. Apt. 1 is an efficiency without a stove. But the kitchen did have a combo k-cup and ground coffee brewer, toaster, mini-refrigerator-freezer, and a microwave. There's plenty of glassware and dinnerware. The outdoor communal dining area and laundry room were clean and there's plenty of beach chairs and a few umbrellas for use on the beach. I've stayed at other hotels at other beaches, but this one had the shortest walk to the sand I've every experienced. Local fare and shopping are just a short walk away along the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. There's a bike rental dock about a block away. Ralph's instructions were easy to follow. Although we never spoke on the phone, his email communication was timely and thorough. I recommend this host without any hesitation. Thumbs up!

Place is located close to the beach. Walking distance to everything you need. It's on the south end of the beach where there is a little more quiet, and that suited us perfectly. We stayed here for one week (two adults and a 6mo) and we really enjoyed our stay. Ralph was quick to respond to every question we had and he provided us with a crib for the baby to sleep in. Place is as described or better. Modern and clean. Parking was really convenient!

La posizione è ottima, davvero a due passi dalla bellissima e grandissima spiaggia e dal lungomare. C'erano sedie, ombrellone e teli per la spiaggia. Miami si raggiunge facilmente e il posteggio riservato proprio davanti casa è una comodità notevole. Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice e dell'asciugatrice. Il wi-fi è velocissimo. Abbiamo contatto Ralph per alcuni dubbi ed ha sempre risposto gentilmente e rapidamente. Insomma tutto perfetto.

The room had everything we needed (fridge, microwave, safe) and we had access to the laundry room and beach chairs. I loved that the gate and our room had keyless entry and the owner also had a welcome message on a flat screen TV upon entry to the building. Only hiccup was we couldn't check in until an hour after check in time cause of the cleaning lady but it wasn't a big deal to us. We hung out outside in the patio area. Ralph's place is the perfect place to stay while in Hollywood. Remodeled , has all the esenstials. Parking is 15 feet from the apartment. Confortable bed, ,very clean and spacious feel. Email instructions were super easy to follow. The beach is 100' feet away-perfect way to start the morning.

This place was even more than we expected! It was incredibly clean, and not just the place we stayed but the entire surroundings. Everything was so well thought out to make it a comfortable stay. The bed was soooo comfortable! It was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The beach is within a couple minutes (walking distance) with lots to do and plenty of places to eat on the boardwalk. We rented a bike and it was a lot of fun. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back ourselves!

This is a perfect place to rent for your little vacation. It is impeccable, clean, and absolutely true to everything stated. The beach is just steps away, feels safe, and it's extremely clean. This had more of a hotel feel (rather than your typical Airbnb place), which worked perfectly well for me. Ralph is responsive and responsible, and I will be coming back to this rental often in future!

We had a lovely time here. The apartment is as described in a great location. Not only is it right by the beach but also at one end of the Hollywood broadwalk which is great for strolling/ cycling/ skating along with lots of restaurants and bars. The apartment is small but very comfortable, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped and we really liked the shared outside space ( although we were then only ones using it). I didn't meet Ralph but he responded really quickly to all my enquiries and was very helpful. I would definitely go back if I visit the area again.

Le quartier est super tranquille, à proximité immédiate du bord de plage. La plage elle-même est tranquille aussi, même si très fréquentée le weekend. L'eau est magnifique, très propre et se prête à la baignade. Nous recommandons sans autre ce sympathique logement!

Ralph's place is in perfect walking distance to the beach and in close proximity to bike rentals, restaurants and shops. The studio unit we rented was well decorated and clean, it even came with coffee, water and snacks. My biggest hangup when vacationing, is having a comfortable bed, and this one was SO comfortable, I found myself trying to figure out the brand and style. All in all, great stay, great location.

What a great location, literally you walk out into the street and you can see the ocean. The apartment is located at the end of the boardwalk, so it is a little quieter then the rest of the area, which we loved. Very convenient that there was a parking space, as you have to pay to park anywhere around town. I would highly recommend renting bikes from Ralph. We rode everywhere and it is a lot cheaper then your local bike rentals. Ralph answered any question we had immediately and was very willing to help with any issue we had. The room was very clean and exactly how it was described. I would highly recommend staying here!

The room is very close to the beach and very clean. Living here looks like you live as a local. It is very nice.

We absolutely loved staying at this apartment during our stay in Hollywood. The location is amazing: it's just steps from the boardwalk/Beach and, because it's at the end of the boardwalk, it's quiet at night. Really enjoyed having the roku television when I needed to escape the sun

The whole experience was excellent! The apartment was perfect for our 3 day stay. Everything was very clean and organized. The basics were all provided, even a hairdryer (which was a very pleasant surprise to me as I did not bring one in my carry on). We were unable to use the bikes but this was not a huge issue as the location was amazing. Literally 30 second walk from the beach and boardwalk which has a very large variety of restaurants and bars. It was so nice to be able to come back and forth throughout the day as needed. I liked the keypads and codes used to get in to all doors, so much easier than worrying about keys! Ralph made himself very available and answered any questions I had promptly. I would stay here again in a second!!

We loved staying at 328 Georgia and felt very welcomed with your sign in the hallway! The apartment is very clean and neat. The key-less entry system is convenient and worked great. We felt very secure and enjoyed having the Hollywood Beach boardwalk just 2 minutes away. Inside the apartment it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The tile in the shower is beautiful! The kitchenette is nicely equipped. Thank you for having the washer and dryer available to your guests! The private patio area is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a really nice touch. The wifi worked great. We will definitely return and I have already recommended it to my cousin for a great apartment in a great location. Thank you!

This place was excellent. The perfect size, the modern layout, comfy bed, great location, free parking space, and right across from the beach. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area. Everything is just a walk away and you have the convenience of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale only minutes away. Ralph was excellent and responded quickly on every occasion. Will definitely be staying here again!

the owner treat us as best . he offered everything we need . washer , dryer, beach chairs , bikes ..... etc . it is really amazing . i have never had spent nice time in beautiful place like this . thanks

Ralph and his wife welcome us to this beautiful apartments. They let us check in by 2pm. The location was perfect as we wanted to stay right next to the beach. Neighborhood was calm and peaceful. Very happy we chose this place for our vacation.

We stayed in this apartment the last week of January 2016 apart from the weather we truly enjoyed our stay here. Ralph is very accomdating the apartment was super clean when we arrived alot of thought was put into this place when it was renovated lots of extra special touches for their guests, we would highly recommend it to family and friends and if we ever return to Hollywood beach we would definitely stay here again , we give this place 5+++. You will not be disappointed. super close to the beach and boardwalk. The apartments are exactly as advertised. Thank you Ralph for making our stay very memorable .Hope to return in the very near future.

The room was beautiful. Very close to the beach. Check-in was a breeze.

Ralph's place was exactly as described and in very good, clean condition. Very nicely decorated and stocked with most, if not all, of the things you need while away. He says two minutes walking to the beach and he isn't joking. The coded entry onto the property and the unit itself make it really easy. The only real downside is that we were able to hear the upstairs visitors as they walked around and packed loudly early one morning. We used the place as a base for adventures in Miami, Sunrise, and the Everglades and it was perfect for that! Thanks Ralph!

Wow - this rental was the best! It was so nice and comfortable, with many extra touches to make it beautiful and give us a wonderful stay. The door codes make it really convenient to not have to worry about carrying a key around and losing it on the beach. This was great! There were lots of extra towels, the bed was very comfy, and the apt was spacious. There were even extra touches - an extra roll of toilet paper had a decorative rose created at the end - so pretty! Ralph did a great job designing and outfitting these apartments. It's in a safe neighborhood and great location. We look forward to staying again! Some other bonuses - there are really nice beach chairs provided, it's so close to the beach and convenient to have a dedicated parking space. The wifi is super fast! And bikes area available for a very reasonable fee. Thank you so much!

Amazing spot! The apartment is exactly like the pictures. The walk to the beach is about a block. The strip of beach by the apartment seems to be on the slower side of Boardwalk so finding a spot to lay wasn't a problem. It is also a little more quiet compared to the apartments by the bars. The shared common area outside is very clean and comfy. It was nice to wake up each morning and enjoy coffee outside. Overall, the apartment itself was very clean. The kitchen only has a fridge and microwave which makes it hard to cook any meals but is perfect for a short weekend. Riding bicycles on the boardwalk is an absolute must. It's a beautiful ride right next to the ocean. GG's was a great restaurant that was in the canal side. Ralph was a very accommodating host and very responsive when I reached out. He made us feel welcome.

Great accommodations. Excellent location. Half a block from a quiet section of Florida's best beach. Complimentary beach chairs. We rented 2 bikes from Ralph, which were terrific. Very comfortable bed. Very nice sheets & bedding. Nice shower. Very plush bath towels. Everything was wonderful.
