Vacation & Well-being

There are moments were we might feel overwhelmed and stressed. It can be work related or daily life pressure, we all have some sort of stress and we all need a vacation once in a while.

Continuous work with no break can affect our memory and concentration, eventually leading to stress and tension. Stress can contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure, depression, and anxiety. It makes you feel tired and you are most likely to become ill more easily. I t can definitely affect our well-being.

This is why it´s important to take some time off and break the daily cycle. It can be a home-stay or vacay. It can be one weekend, one week, or two weeks. Essential is to take time for yourself, to rest and to reset,  to enjoy moments with family or friends. This will help relieve our stress level, improve our health, our performance, and our mood. It will also make us feel more energized, productive, motivated and focused.
